Optimal Living Physical Therapy seeks to meet the needs of women and men struggling with pain, weakness and dysfunction of the lumbar spine and pelvis. At each session you will work one on one with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to construct an intervention plan and exercise program to work toward your treatment goals.
INTERVENTIONS USED
Therapy intervention will focus on your specific body and need. Course of treatment will be adjusted as needed in order to reach your goals.
